Homeopathy in Agriculture

Remedies used for farming? Absolutely!

Known as agro-homeopathy, this is a specialized area of homeopathy used to treat plants. Studies have shown that homeopathic remedies can alter the physiological activities of plants.

This approach enables fostering sustainable farming practices with no negative environmental effects. The plants’ natural resistance is preserved and enhanced, which minimizes the need for additional human intervention. It balances the plants’ vital force and is eco-friendly, while boosting growth and production. Diseases can be treated as well as prevented. Environmental pollution and pesticide toxicity can be greatly reduced or even completely avoided.

Studies regarding this method have been underway for more than a decade. In 1986, Belladonna was successfully used to treat a diseased apple tree. This opened the door to further research focusing on seed germination and development, disease treatment and resistance, and environmental stressors.

This is a fascinating approach to agriculture and one that has tremendous benefit for the environment and all of the plant, animal, and human inhabitants, not to mention economies. The studies continue and hopefully this approach will eventually become widespread. It would be a tremendous step forward!
